We look up each brand on the Commission’s public register: legal name, account number, remote activities, domain status. We open the operator’s own licensing or terms pages where they exist. We do not treat other affiliate round-ups as evidence of a licence.

What we will not invent

Licence numbers, payout clocks, game catalogues, “trust scores” built from fake review counts, and live bonus amounts we have not seen on the operator’s site on the check date. If a cell cannot be sourced, it stays off the table.

Verdicts

The one-word labels (Expansive, Focused, Combined, Direct, Wide, Dedicated) are this desk’s shorthand for licence breadth and product emphasis. They are not UKGC ratings. They will not match a different writer’s taste, and they should not be read as a prediction of winning.

Re-checking

There is no promised weekly audit. When we are told a line is wrong, or when we next edit the page, we look again. The check date on the homepage is the honest marker of when the current set was verified.
