Who is responsible

Jackpot Way House, operating at jackpotwayhouse.com, is the data controller for information collected directly through this website.

What we collect

The pages themselves do not run an account system, a comment database, or an analytics product. If you email us, we receive whatever you put in that message, plus ordinary email metadata handled by your provider and ours.

The cookie notice can store a single preference in local storage in your browser (jwh-cookie-preference) so the banner does not return on every visit. That value does not leave your device through this website.

What we do not collect

We do not currently set marketing pixels, analytics cookies, or advertising IDs. If those are added later, this policy and the cookie policy must be rewritten and a lawful basis recorded. We do not process gambling transactions. Operator sites have their own privacy notices; we are not their controller.

Lawful basis

Email you send us is processed so we can respond to a request you have made. The local cookie-preference flag is stored because you chose a button on the banner, as a strictly limited convenience.

Retention and sharing

Emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with the request. We do not sell lists. Hosting providers that serve the static files may see standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) under their own terms. We have not installed a separate analytics processor.

Your rights

Depending on UK data protection law, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Use the email above. We cannot action rights against an operator; that is their controller relationship, not ours.
